These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SNAP Verdict ("SNAP Verdict", "we", "us", or "our"), a price and specification comparison engine for mobile phones in the Indian market, operated by TopN Analytics. By accessing or using SNAP Verdict, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What SNAP Verdict is

SNAP Verdict is a comparison engine, not a retailer, seller, or marketplace. We aggregate and display publicly available price, specification and seller information for mobile phones to help you compare options before you buy. We do not sell products, process payments, or fulfil orders directly — all purchases are completed on the third-party retailer's own site.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You may need to sign in (e.g. via Google) to access certain features, such as detailed product views, price alerts, and wishlist. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User responsibilities

By using SNAP Verdict, you agree that you will not:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or excessively query the site in a way that disrupts the service or our third-party data sources;
• Interfere with, disable, or circumvent any security or access-control feature of the site;
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity;
• Use any automated means to access the site except as permitted by our robots.txt or with our prior written consent;
• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information shown on SNAP Verdict, including any purchase you complete on a third-party retailer's site.

4. Price accuracy, specifications & predictions

Prices, seller listings, stock status and specifications displayed on SNAP Verdict are sourced from third-party data providers (for live shopping data) and publicly available reference sources (for specifications), and are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Prices can change between the time they are displayed and the time a purchase is completed on the retailer's own site, and may not include applicable taxes, shipping, or other charges added at checkout.

Any score, ranking, "good time to buy" style indicator, or similar verdict shown on the site is generated from the data available to us at that time and is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or purchasing advice and is not a guarantee of the lowest available price, future price movement, or product suitability. You should independently verify price, specifications, and availability with the seller before purchasing.

5. Third-party retailer links

SNAP Verdict contains links to third-party retailers (such as Flipkart, Amazon.in, Croma, Vijay Sales, and other sellers surfaced through our data sources). These links are provided for your convenience. We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content, accuracy, products, services, pricing, or privacy practices of any third-party site. Your interactions with any third-party retailer, including any purchase, payment, delivery, warranty, or return, are solely between you and that retailer and are governed by that retailer's own terms and policies.

6. Affiliate disclosure

SNAP Verdict does not currently participate in any affiliate or commission program with any retailer — outbound links to retailers are not monetized. If that changes, this section will be updated to name the specific program(s) and retailer(s) involved, and to disclose that clicking certain outbound links may result in us earning a commission at no extra cost to you, before any such link goes live.

7. Intellectual property

The SNAP Verdict name, logo, design, and original content (excluding third-party data such as retailer listings and specification data, which remain the property of their respective owners) are owned by TopN Analytics. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the site without our prior written consent, except as necessary for your own personal, non-commercial use of the comparison tool.

8. Disclaimers

SNAP Verdict is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any price, specification, review, score, or other content displayed on the site.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SNAP Verdict and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the site, any reliance on information displayed on the site, or any transaction you complete with a third-party retailer linked from the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SNAP Verdict and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to the service & these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of SNAP Verdict at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
